FAQs

What metal is used for the posts/hoops/hooks?

All earrings are made using a hypoallergenic, 316 surgical steel grade metal. Earrings made using gold posts, hoops and hooks are a plated surgical steel.

Can I wear my earrings in the shower?

No, polymer clay earrings should not be worn in showers or any body of water. If your earrings come into regular contact with water, it will weaken the clay over time causing breakages and affect the painted designs.

How do I care for my polymer clay earrings?

Caring for your new earrings is very simple! Avoid using harsh chemicals, perfume, jewellery cleaners or aerosol products on/near the earrings. These products can cause discolouration and can wear away the painted designs.

My polymer clay earring has cracked, what do I do?

All earrings are carefully crafted using the highest quality clay and cured at the proper temperatures to ensure they are the most durable they can be. While polymer earrings are very pliable, certain clay colours will cure differently. This results in a stiffer, less pliable earring which does make them more prone to breakage. This is why you should never intentionally bend or drop your earrings. In the odd chance your earring does crack or break, please get in touch via the contact form on the website or via Instagram and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you offer custom designs for polymer clay earrings?

Absolutely, I love creating custom designs! If you have a particular design in mind, feel free to get in touch via the contact form on the website or via Instagram.

Where can I find the size/measurements of the earrings?

If you would like to know measurements of specific styles before purchasing, please get in touch via the contact form on the website or via Instagram.

I don’t like the earrings I ordered, can I refund them?

Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings for change of mind, this is due to hygiene and safety reasons. For more information on refunds and exchanges, please refer to the “Returns Policy” on the website.
