What metal is used?

All of Innara’s earrings are put together using a Medical Grade Surgical Steel. This is a high quality, clean metal which only contains a very small fraction of Nickel – this is what makes it hypoallergenic. Gold is a plated 18kt.

How do I care for my clay earrings?

Taking care of your polymer clay products is easy. Store your earrings on a stand or display to ensure they are safe. Keep them away from water, perfume & aerosols. Clay is a porous material so exposure to water & chemicals can break down its strength. 

I don’t live in Australia, do you post overseas?

Yes! Innara ships Australia wide but also to: New Zealand, Canada, USA & the UK. Orders sent overseas are shipped out with Australia Post, they include tracking & insurance for up to $100 worth of goods. Additional insurance can be purchased before dispatch.

Do you handcraft all of the products on the website?

I’m very creative but I can’t take all the credit! Everything clay & jewellery has been crafted by me, all other products are sourced through other small Australian businesses.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, wholesale is available for earrings & clay items(all other products excluded). If you’re a business wanting to stock Innara, please get in touch via Instagram/Facebook or fill out the “Become a Stockist” contact form on the website. Confirmation of a current valid ABN is required before my wholesale guide is distributed.

I don’t like what I ordered, can I have a refund?

Unfortunately due to the nature of Innara’s products, I do not offer refunds for change of mind. This is due to health & safety reasons and to ensure the integrity of my products for future customers.

My earrings have broken, what do I do?

Oh no! If you happen to have any faults or breakages, please contact me through Facebook, Instagram or email (hello@innarahandmade.com) and I can further assist. Photos of the damage will be required.

Where is my order, how do I track it?

All orders have a dispatch time of 3-5 business days. Once your order has been sent out, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number to the email entered at checkout. You can track using this number on the Australia Post website or app. If you do not receive this, please email me at hello@innarahandmade.com.

 I live locally, can I collect my order directly from you?

Absolutely! Free local pick up is available from my home in Port Macquarie NSW. At checkout select the “Pick Up” option to remove any shipping costs, all orders are ready for collection within 2-3 business days.
