Returns 

Earrings
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your item is faulty, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel to be eligible for a refund. For faulty items, you are required to send through photo proof. As our earrings are handmade, it is common to have slight imperfections. This is what makes our earrings unique!
 
Candles
Our 'Candle' return policy is valid for 30 days from purchase. If you surpass the 30 day period, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs involved. If your item arrives in damaged condition, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel to be eligible for a refund. For faulty items, you are required to send through photo proof. Candle jars, shapes, melts & bullet diffusers all fall under this return policy. Please note, Innara Handmade cannot be held liable for misuse of our products. Each product will come with warning labels and clear instructions for use.
 
Gift Cards & Sale Items
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on gift cards or sale items.
 
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be informed via email if your refund has been approved or rejected. This can take 2-5 business days. If you are approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank, this can take up to 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Incorrect Orders

If you have received an incorrect order, you must inform us within 48 hours of the couriers delivery notification. You must email through photo proof of the order you have received & your order number so we can investigate further. Please note, refunds or reissue of items will not be processed until previous orders have returned back to Innara Handmade.

Shipping

Carrier
All items are shipped through 'Australia Post', unless stated otherwise. We offer Standard and Express shipping. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at check out. Please note, postage costs are subject to change. We charge according to Australia Post's current rates and fees.
 
Handling & Processing
Our packing and processing time is 2-5 business days. This is on top of shipping. Choosing Express shipping does not speed up the packaging and processing time.
 
Delivery Times
Current delivery times are 5-9 business days for Standard Post & 2-7 business days for Express Post. This is dependant on the state you live in. Delays are possible due to Covid-19 and lockdown restrictions.
 
Missing Parcels
We include tracking on all parcels. Innara Handmade cannot be held liable for missing parcels once your shipment status is at 'delivered'. If your parcel gets lost during transit, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve it for you. Missing parcels can take up to 3 weeks to resolve.
